I had a hard time finding my way around the site. The layout just feels kind of messy. Not terrible, but not very easy to browse either. A little frustrating

They made it seem like checkout would be fast and simple, but that was definitely not my experience. It dragged on way longer than expected and ended up being annoying. Not a huge deal, but if you’re going to promise an easy checkout, it should actually feel easy

The staff was not friendly at all. I asked a couple of simple questions and got treated like I was annoying them just by being there. No real help, no patience, nothing. What a joke. Definitely not the kind of service I expected, and I won’t be using this site again.

I actually like what Arc Thrift is going for. Thrifting while also supporting a bigger mission and the local community feel way better than just ordering random stuff online.
That being said, the website was a little clunky for me. A few pages was slow, and I wish there were clearer details about where the impact or donations actually goes.
Overall, I had an okay experience. I’d probably come back and browse again, but I do hope they clean up the site a bit and make everything easier to follow.

Support did reply eventually, but it felt like my message wasn’t exactly a top priority. Not the worst experience, just slower than I expected.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the item showed up in nice shape. The quality seems better than I thought it would be. There’s a little bit of wear, but it’s not bad at all

I was a bit surprised by how much arcthrift.com had to choose from. There were lots of different items and sizes, not just the usual stuff you see everywhere. I did feel a little pressured to decide quickly because a few pieces I liked seemed like they might sell out, but I still found some good options fast. I’ll probably check back again soon

I stopped by the Arc Thrift store last week, it was cleaner than I expected for a thrift shop. The floors was clear, the racks didn’t feel all dusty, and I could move around without feeling cramped.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because a few shelves was a little messy here and there, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely go back again

I ended up on arcthrift.com while I was comparing prices one night, which I only started doing because I was trying not to overspend before the weekend. Their prices were better than a few other sites I checked, so I figured I’d give it a shot. The quality was good for what I paid — not flawless or anything, but definitely fair. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying since I kept checking the tracking while making coffee every morning. Overall though, I’d probably order from them again.

I scheduled a donation pickup through Arc Thrift and basically planned my whole day around the time window they gave me. I kept checking outside, waiting for some kind of update, but nobody ever showed up. No call, no text, no email, nothing. It felt like I was just left in the dark.

I tried calling to figure out what was going on, but it felt like I was getting passed around without any real answer. In the end, I had to drag all the bags back inside myself. Super frustrating experience and definitely not worth the hassle.
